What information should I provide for a quote?
Include nominal pipe size (NPS), pressure class, flange type (blind, weld neck, slip-on, etc.), material grade (A105, F304, F316L, etc.), quantity, and desired delivery date. Drawings are helpful for custom applications.

What documentation comes with each flange?
Every flange includes:
- • Complete Material Test Reports (MTR) with chemical composition and mechanical properties
- • Heat number traceability and mill certificates
- • Pressure-temperature rating certification per ASME B16.5
- • Dimensional certification (OD, bore, bolt circle, thickness)
- • Pressure test reports (when applicable)
Do you offer domestic (US melt) flanges?
Yes. We supply both domestic (US/Canadian melt) and import options. Domestic melts satisfy DFARS and Buy America Act requirements. Import sources offer cost advantages for large-volume projects. Discuss your sourcing needs with our team.
Can you source custom flanges?
Absolutely. Our CNC capabilities include non-standard bores, custom bolt patterns, overbore flanges, special finishes, and design-to-spec machining. Provide drawings or specifications for a custom quote.
What standards do you comply with?
We supply flanges to ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, AWWA C207, ANSI B16.1, DIN/EN 1092, API, NACE MR0175, and other applicable standards. Specify your standard and we'll source flanges engineered to it. Full documentation included with every delivery.
Do you provide CAD drawings?
Yes. CAD files available in DWG, PDF, STEP, IGES, and STL formats. Standard flange drawings are provided upon request. Custom CAD services available for complex designs. Download technical resources from our website.
What shipping and payment options are available?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers nationwide. Payment terms (net 30, COD, etc.) are negotiated based on account status and order volume. Contact our sales team to discuss payment options.
How do I know which flange size I need?
Measure or verify your equipment's bolt hole pattern (bolt circle diameter), count the number of bolts, measure the bolt hole diameter, and note your pressure rating. Our flange dimension calculator helps verify you have the right size. When in doubt, send photos or dimensions to our engineering team.
What if my equipment doesn't match standard flanges?
This is common. Non-standard bores, custom bolt patterns, and special configurations are our specialty. Provide drawings or send photos of your mating equipment. We'll quote custom machining. One-off custom orders welcome.
