Food-grade flanges operate at low-to-moderate pressures (150-300 PSI) with temperatures from 40°F to 300°F. Stainless steel (austenitic, minimum 304L) mandatory. Surface finish must be electropolished or passivated per ASTM A967. Full material traceability and composition certificates required.
