90° Elbows

Industry-standard 90-degree elbows for 90-degree directional changes. Available in short radius (1D), long radius (1.5D), and extra long radius configurations.

Standards:

ASME B16.9, B16.11

Configurations:

Butt-weld, Socket-weld, Threaded

Tees

Equal and reducing tees for branch line connections. Engineered reinforcement at the branch junction to handle complex pressure conditions.

Standards:

ASME B16.9, B16.11

Configurations:

Butt-weld, Socket-weld, Threaded

Reducers

Concentric and eccentric reducers for controlled diameter transitions. Smooth flow paths minimize turbulence and erosion potential.

Standards:

ASME B16.9

Configurations:

Unions

Disconnectable unions for modular piping systems. Allows disassembly of connections without disturbing the rest of the piping run.

Standards:

ASME B16.11

Configurations:

Socket-weld, Threaded

Crosses

Four-way branch connections for multi-directional piping layouts. Engineered branch reinforcement for complex distribution systems.

Standards:

ASME B16.9, B16.11

Configurations:

Butt-weld, Socket-weld, Threaded

Weld Type Options

Multiple welding configurations available to match your installation requirements and piping system design.

Butt-Weld Fittings

Direct end-to-end welding for full-penetration, continuous-bore connections. Used for critical high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

  • ✓ Full-bore alignment
  • ✓ Maximum pressure rating
  • ✓ Superior reliability
  • ✓ ASME B16.9 standard

Socket-Weld Fittings

Fitting socket receives the pipe end with fillet weld connection. Compact design for space-constrained applications and small-bore systems.

  • ✓ Compact installation
  • ✓ Easier alignment
  • ✓ Suitable for small bores
  • ✓ ASME B16.11 standard

Threaded Fittings

Internal threads allow connection to NPT or NPTF threaded pipe without welding. Convenient for modular systems and instrumentation applications.

  • ✓ No welding required
  • ✓ Quick installation
  • ✓ Easy disassembly
  • ✓ Instrumentation service

Size & Pressure Ratings

Fittings available across industry-standard sizes with pressure ratings defined by ASME specifications.

Available Sizes

Complete range of standard NPS (Nominal Pipe Size) diameters from instrumentation to large-bore applications.

  • 1/4" to 1/2" (instrumentation)
  • 3/4" to 2" (standard industrial)
  • 2-1/2" to 12" (large bore)
  • 14" to 24" (extra-large)

Pressure Ratings

Pressure rating depends on schedule, diameter, material, and operating temperature. Higher schedules generally support higher pressures, but the actual rating must be calculated for each application.

  • Refer to ASME B31.3 (process piping) or B31.1 (power piping) for system design
  • Material group and temperature both affect the allowable pressure
  • Call (281) 484-8325 for project-specific pressure verification

Temperature Service

Temperature service capabilities vary by material. High-temp alloys available for elevated service applications.

  • Carbon Steel: to 650°F
  • Stainless: to 850°F
  • Alloy Steel: to 1050°F
  • Custom alloys available
