CAD Drawings & 3D Models

Digital flange documentation in every major CAD format. Download 2D drawings for manufacturing and 3D models for design integration. All files include proper dimensioning, tolerances, and material callouts ready for engineer approval.

Available File Formats

Choose the format that works best for your design environment, manufacturing system, and collaboration needs.

DWG

AutoCAD Native Format

Industry-standard 2D drafting format. Compatible with AutoCAD, DraftSight, and thousands of CAD platforms. Fully editable layers, dimensions, and annotation.

Best for:Design integration, manufacturing drawings, shop floor display

PDF

Print-Ready Documents

Portable format suitable for printing, viewing, and sharing without specialized software. Includes full dimensions, tolerances, and revision control.

Best for:Email distribution, vendor coordination, field reference

STEP

Parametric 3D Models

Universal 3D format (ISO 10303-21). Native to Solidworks, Fusion 360, and most modern CAD systems. Enables assembly integration and simulation.

Best for:Assembly design, FEA analysis, 3D printing, CNC programming

IGES

Legacy 3D Exchange

Older neutral 3D format supported by legacy CAD systems and specialized software. Useful for interoperability with older design tools.

Best for:Legacy system compatibility, historical drawings, archive

STL

3D Printing & Visualization

Stereolithography format optimized for 3D printing, visualization, and rapid prototyping. Surface geometry representation.

Best for:Physical models, visualization, additive manufacturing, rendering

ZIP Archive

Complete Package Downloads

Comprehensive file packages containing all variants (blind, weld neck, slip-on) across sizes and pressure classes in all formats.

Best for:Complete reference library, offline access, backup archive

How to Use Flange CAD Files

1

Select Your Size & Type

Choose the nominal pipe size (NPS), pressure class, and flange type (blind, weld neck, slip-on, etc.). All standard ASME B16.5 configurations available.

2

Download in Your Format

Get files in DWG (editable), PDF (printable), STEP/IGES (3D for assembly), or STL (for 3D printing). Download individual files or complete format bundles.

3

Integrate into Your Design

For 3D models (STEP/IGES): Import into Solidworks, Fusion 360, or your CAD system. Insert into assemblies, run FEA analysis, or generate manufacturing drawings.

4

Print or Share 2D Drawings

Print PDF or DWG files for shop floor reference, vendor coordination, or approval routing. All dimensions and tolerances clearly marked per ASME standards.

5

Request Modifications

Need custom bore diameter, special bolt pattern, or overbore? Submit your modified drawing and we'll supply custom-machined flanges to your exact specifications.

Technical Notes

File Conversion

STEP files are native to Solidworks. For Inventor, AutoCAD, or other formats, conversion is seamless. Request native format if CAD software compatibility is critical.

Accuracy & Units

All drawings in inches per ASME B16.5. Metric equivalents available on request. 3D models are dimensionally accurate to the CAD source, suitable for CNC programming and engineering coordination.

Intellectual Property

CAD files provided for engineering, design, and manufacturing purposes only. Files are based on published ASME standards and are not subject to licensing restrictions.

Version Control

All drawings include revision history. Notify us if a new revision is released so you can update your reference files and avoid manufacturing errors.
